Mikrokosmos complies with Australian Consumer Law and our products come with a Consumer Guarantee that ensures our products are sold without faults and are the same as described online.

We hope you love your purchase, however if you have changed your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

We accept returns of all products excluding the items outlined below:-

Sale Items. We do not offer refunds or credit notes on sale items unless the product is faulty.
Earrings, for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any returns on earrings, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will provide a full refund.
Gift Cards

We offer refunds, exchanges (where available) and store credits.

Returns can only be accepted if:-

You request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
The item is unused and in its original condition.
The item is in its original packaging and unworn.
All items must be protected in secure packaging when you return the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received within the specified period.

Returns for change of mind on purchases made with Afterpay will attract a 6% processing fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase to our warehouse. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected

Submit a return request

Click on the Return Request Button on the bottom of the website or the highlighted text above.

1. Log in to your account: In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

7. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
